Will.mms, a London based independent record artist / producer wanted to create some visuals for his fourth EP “Traced from, faraway. Figures in the window, we dance alike”. A stripped back, folk inspired work, Will.mms has asked ANTE to come up with a small visual campaign. ANTE wanted to respect the vibe of the music and chose to produce an intimate mini-doc, giving an opportunity for the camera-shy musician / singer to communicate with his audience while showing some of the processes in his recording journey. For a second video, ANTE picked out one song from the EP, “I felt lost in a spin”. A series of short clips were recorded in Japan to create a visual accompaniment, to show a nameless wanderer mirroring Will.mms’s melancholic lyrics.
